How a Vote Runs
We start by confirming what the vote actually is — the question being asked, who is eligible to vote, and what threshold determines passage. That comes from your by-laws and the meeting notice.
We build the ballot, prepare the voter list, and distribute unique voting credentials on the schedule your governing documents and notice require.
